Cambridge Fashion Parade
- High-fashion: A parade organised by Cambridge’s fashion stores - compered by Bridget O’Sullivan
Horse Show
- Top dressage competitor – Cambridge’s own Charlott Bayliss will perform her James Bond-themed show. Horsemanship at its best!
Emirates Fashion on the Field Contest
- Guests will be invited to strut their stuff on the day. Dress accordingly!
- High profile celebrity judges will be spotting finalists from 12 noon!
- First Prize: Return airfares to the 2010 Emirates Melbourne Cup including entry to the VIP Lounge on the day at Flemington!
Entertainment
- An all New Zealand cast including local musicians Ashley and Michael Cooper will be entertaining the crowds on the day. Also present will be upcoming NZ star Bex Murray and the legendary Brendon Dugan
Live Charity Auction
- To be held in the VIP Lounge mid-afternoon with some very special products and services up for grabs! Funds raised go to charity

- Just prior to the 2009 Emirates Melbourne Cup race – a number of local industry celebrities will tell their inspirational stories whilst acknowledging the region’s overwhelming influence on the race that stops more than one nation!

- Income from the 2009 event will be donated to two Cambridge initiatives - an organization making a difference in the lives of
Cambridge Life Skills Institute and an initiative focused on making Cambridge’s town-centre ready for the tens of thousands of international visitors that will be attending the Rowing Champs and the 2010 Cambridge Melbourne Cup Day. A donation will also be made to the CatWalk Spinal Cord Injury Trust.
