Hospitality tickets are sold by STREAM Event Access Management as agent for The First Tuesday NZ Trust (‘Trust’) which is the organiser of the event.  All claims or complaints are the sole responsibility of the Trust.  Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded except in accordance with any rights the holder may have under the Fair Trading Act or the Consumer Guarantees Act.  Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchased from an authorised point of sale.  No responsibility is accepted for tickets that are unauthorised or duplicated.  Unless a ticket can be verified as legitimate, that ticket provides no event access rights.  The right of admission is reserved.  Persons found profiting from the re-sale of tickets will be prosecuted.  Persons entering the venue do so at their own risk.  Cambridge Raceway and the Trust accept no liability for injury, loss or damage caused by any omission or negligence.

In the event the helicopter is cancelled for any reason an alternative day will be organised to fulfil any ride purchased but unable to be taken.
